You will be asked to complete a detailed valuation form, giving details of the house and your professional opinion on the location, condition and overall desirability of each property. We’ll take your views and those of your fellow preferred agents into account to prepare an HMRC compliant valuation for the Executors. If we are then asked to market the properties, you’ll then get the opportunity to sell on our behalf; the agent that finds us the successful buyer gets the fee. We take care of all sales negotiation and sales progression for our customers, freeing you up to sell the next property on your list.
