How We Started

Founded in 2010 by a team of property experts, Executor Solutions is part of a group of companies with the shared belief in delivering unbeatable results and exceptional customer service.

Part Of A Family

Moving Made Easy is our sister brand and, by applying our property expertise to the probate market, we were able to expand the services offered to including Court of Protection Solutions.

Our teams are dedicated to providing bespoke solutions which include a complete end-to-end service that is tailored to each client’s requirements perfectly.

Property Valuation Reports

The first step we take during both our Property Probate and Court of Protection Solution is to prepare a Property Valuation Report. This allows our experienced, senior staff members to make recommendations on what the market value of the property is.

Our experts undertake research such as a detailed investigation of the local market, consulting with at least three local Estate Agents, and comparing similar homes for sale or recently sold in the immediate area to determine the proposed figure.

Our Service Packages

We have two service packages to choose from, with both levels including our full customer service commitment. A number of extra solutions are also available to ensure that every required task to take care of probate property can be performed.

Meet The Team

Barry Mattock Group Managing Director

Co-Founder of the Group in 2010, Barry created Executor Solutions when he realised that no one needs help to sell a property more than those supporting the recently bereaved. He loves his job and makes customer satisfaction his priority, looking to improve the services offered continuously.  A genuine people person, family guy Barry also has two dogs, three cats and 20 chickens.  His passion for property doesn’t stop at the weekends; he spends his spare time on gardening and building renovation projects.

Michael Edwards
Client Services Director

Former estate agent and life-long property expert, Michael joined the group in 2014 and now oversees the development of the company strategies, taking great satisfaction from seeing projects through from planning to implementation.  Married with two young daughters, all his free time is spent in family mode.

Stephen Williams
Business Planning Director

An accountant at heart, Steve is responsible for ensuring that the business stays on track during the rapid growth it’s currently enjoying.  Formerly a Director for Disney Interactive Studios, he loves the challenge of taking Executor Solutions to the next level.  When not studying for his Rock Guitar Performance Grades, he runs an animal feed business from home with his family, selling, among other things, chicken feed – which is how he met Barry.

Dean Harris
Head of Business Development

Newly-wed Dean gained over 15 years’ experience as a Consultant, Key Account Manager and Solutions Specialist within the Legal, Education and Finance industries before joining Executor Solutions in 2019. Like many of the team here, being able to help people through a difficult and stressful time gives him a great sense of purpose and inspires him to do everything he can for his clients to make the process as simple as possible.  Weekends find him coaching the local under 9s football team and spending quality team with his own children.

After 14 years within the advertising and marketing industry, Heidi made the switch into later life planning working with Estate Planners, Will Writers, Financial Advisors and Solictors.  Joining Executor Solutions in October 2019 was a natural next step and she loves the company ethos of service and care.  Art lover and keen photographer, Heidi has a French Bulldog called Rocky and runs monthly meet-ups for fellow Frenchie owners.

Former Estate Agent Leigh-Ann joined Executor Solutions in 2019 and has already progressed to Client Relationship Manager.  As one of the main contacts for Executors calling the business, she loves being able to provide the exceptional service clients expect, resolving and assisting with property matters as quickly and as sympathetically as possible. Her holidays are spent taking road trips across America.

Darren joined the company back in 2014 after amassing a wealth of experience in the property industry.
 A warm, friendly and approachable manager; he likes to spend his spare time boxing, playing football and following his childhood club, West Ham United (but don’t hold it against him). He is very much a ‘people person” and loves nothing more than speaking with the clients he works with, colleagues in the office and with the families who look to him for guidance during difficult times. Recently he raised money as part of a charity boxing match, which he won!
