The first step we take during both our Property Probate and Court of Protection Solution is to prepare a Property Valuation Report. This allows our experienced, senior staff members to make recommendations on what the market value of the property is. Our experts undertake research such as a detailed investigation of the local market, consulting with at least three local Estate Agents, and comparing similar homes for sale or recently sold in the immediate area to determine the proposed figure.

A warm, friendly and approachable manager; he likes to spend his spare time boxing, playing football and following his childhood club, West Ham United (but don’t hold it against him). He is very much a ‘people person” and loves nothing more than speaking with the clients he works with, colleagues in the office and with the families who look to him for guidance during difficult times. Currently he is raising money as part of a charity boxing match, due to take place in December 2019.
