The 2016 legal conference season is in full swing and the Executor Solutions team is looking forward to meeting many of you around the country.

This year, we’re supporting events organised by both The Solicitors Group and Professional Conferences at venues from Leeds and Preston in the north to Plymouth and Southampton on the south coast.

At all events our friendly, professional team will be on hand to talk to you about the services we offer to help you with your probate property sales.

Darren Leggett, director, says: “There’s no substitute for getting out and meeting people face to face. The wills and probate conferences are a great venue for us as everyone is there to learn and to enhance their professional development. As a result solicitors like you are open to hearing about new services such as the ones we offer.

“Our aim will be to let you know how we can make your life much easier by taking care of your probate property sales right through from valuation to legal completion. We’ll market properties with three different estate agents, manage the process and, on average, secure a sale at optimum value within 24 days of going to market.

“In particular we’ll have advice on how we can help you with some of your ‘trickier’ probate properties, perhaps because they are out of area or because a charity or multiple beneficiaries are involved.”

Already this year we’ve been at Gatwick, Kensington Town Hall, London and in Leeds. Our next event is the Holiday Inn at Birmingham Airport on March 16 for The Solicitors Group ‘Wills & Probate’ conference, featuring sessions led by Professor Lesley King, Professional Development Consultant, University of Law and John Thurston LLB Solicitor TEP.

On April 11 we’ll be at the Holiday Inn, Regents Park, for Professional Conferences’ ‘Probate, Trusts, Tax and the Elderly Update 2016’, where speakers include Lucy Obrey, partner, Higgs & Sons Solicitors, Professor Lesley King and Gill Steel, solicitor & director of LawSkills Ltd.

From then we have a busy programme right through to the end of November.

“The calibre of these events is excellent and we are delighted to support and take part,” Darren adds. “As sponsors we’ll be giving a brief formal presentation at each event, but please do come and visit us at our exhibition stand afterwards and say ‘hello’.”
