Our specialist sales team will actively market the probate property to potential buyers through a network of three trusted local estate agents, keeping you updated every step of the way. If required, at additional cost, we can arrange for the energy performance certificate.
Monitoring, inspection and reports
Inspecting all vacant probate properties throughout the process and providing regular update reports, we’ll keep you informed about the condition and current meter readings, as well as any other information you need to know.
Securing a sale
Financially qualifying all potential buyers through our sister company, Mortgages Made Easy, we’ll make sure that they are in a position to purchase. If required, we can also arrange for 7 day notices in the press, and facilitate sealed bid offers where appropriate.
Progressing a sale
