Fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience ideally within the property industry who wants to work for a progressing and expanding company with lots of opportunities. You will be part of a dedicated team where you will responsible for all the administration process. This would ideally suit somebody with office experience, preferably gained within estate agency. Due to the company’s rural location you will need to have access to transport and be a great team player to be part of this fun, motivated and dedicated team.

The Financial Controller will work alongside the Finance Director, deputising in their absence.
This is a leading role re: day-to-day finances, the controllership function and any ad hoc projects as they arise.
A varied role which, whilst very hands on, will also contribute significantly to the commercial management and strategic direction of the company and will need to manage the work load and development of staff members.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant who adopts a commercial and analytical approach and have previous experience in the Finance Controller role as well as managing a team. They will require a meticulous attention to detail and be able to meet strict and established deadlines. An in depth knowledge of forecasting and budgeting is necessary and have experience with advanced applications software including Excel and Xero. The office environment requires that candidate to be personable and a team player.
