“The Moving Made Easy team were asked to sell a couple of probate properties by solicitors. They quickly realised there was a complete gap in the market for someone offering this type and level of service. Consequently, Executor Solutions launched at the start of 2015, with Darren Leggett as Business Development Director. Already we’re a team of six – and growing.
“In the same way that Moving Made Easy helps house builders, Executor Solutions’ aim is to take away any hassle from solicitors associated with selling probate property. We’ll take care of the whole process from valuation to legal completion and, whereas conventionally someone will put their property with one estate agent, we’ll market it with three agents and drive the sale forward to achieve the best possible price.
“A conventional sole agency contract can be anything upwards of six weeks, but we don’t tie customers into any contract and secure sales for 80% of all properties within the first four weeks.”
So, while Executor Solutions may be a relatively new name on the block, its people, philosophy and procedures certainly aren’t. A quick sale and the best price is our promise and we operate on a no sale, no fee basis. As well as solicitors we also work with individuals, trusts and charities nationwide.
Simon Bennett joined Executor Solutions earlier this year, bringing with him a vast amount of sales and marketing experience at major house builders, including Redrow and Stewart Milne Homes.
